1. Final Sale Policy

1.1 All sales made by Channel XR LLC are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted except under the strictly limited circumstances described in this Policy and subject to prior written approval from Channel XR.

1.2 Pre-Owned Inventory:
Any product identified as pre-owned, open-box, refurbished, or used is sold strictly “AS-IS” without any warranty, guarantee, or post-sale support from Channel XR. No returns or refunds will be accepted for pre-owned inventory under any circumstance. No manufacturer or Channel XR warranty coverage applies. Channel XR provides no assurances of product longevity, condition, or performance beyond what is disclosed at time of sale. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the purchase and use of pre-owned products.

1.3 International Sales: Absolutely no returns, refunds, replacements, or support will be provided for any product that has shipped outside the United States or Canada. Once a product has left these territories, all support obligations end, except as may be provided directly by the Manufacturer.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Eligibility

2.1 Returns will not be accepted for any reason other than a documented product defect or a product being entirely unopened and in pristine, factory-sealed condition. Channel XR does not accept returns for pre-owned inventory, based on buyer’s remorse, change of requirements, incorrect selection, or compatibility issues.

2.2 Return requests must meet all the following conditions:

2.2.1 Submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted under any circumstance.

2.2.2 Claims for missing or damaged items in transit must be reported within two (2) business days of delivery. Failure to report within this window voids all eligibility.

2.2.3 All return requests are subject to approval at Channel XR’s sole and absolute discretion.

2.2.4 All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 50%, based on product condition, completeness, and market value at time of return.

2.2.5 Product must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional materials fully intact and unaltered.

2.2.6 All bundled or promotional items must be returned. If missing, the full retail value will be deducted from the refund.

2.2.7 Only the original product purchase price is refundable. Shipping, handling, customs, and payment processing fees are strictly nonrefundable.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

3.1 The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, except when found to be materially defective under a Manufacturer’s warranty:

3.1.1 Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality headsets, smart glasses, and accessories

3.1.2 Tracking devices, haptics, sensors (vests, armbands, infrared stations, etc.)

3.1.3 UV-C sanitization devices or lighting

3.1.4 Monitors over 32” (if packaging is opened)

3.1.5 Open-box, pre-owned, refurbished, or used computers, hardware, or software (No returns or warranty support under any circumstance)

3.1.6 Consumables (film, tape, bulbs, paper, discs, etc.) if unwrapped

3.1.7 Custom-built, special-order, or customer-modified products

3.1.8 Channel XR Gift Cards (non-redeemable for cash; void if resold or transferred to third parties)

3.2 Products that have been opened, used, activated, registered, or show signs of handling are automatically disqualified from return eligibility, unless Channel XR independently verifies a material defect under the applicable Manufacturer warranty.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

4.1 This section applies only to new products. Pre-owned products are excluded from defective item claims unless required by law. If you believe your product is defective:

4.1.1 Contact returns@channelxr.com within the applicable RMA window. Include order number, item details, and photographic evidence.

4.1.2 All RMA requests must include clear photo and/or video documentation showing the product condition, packaging, damage, and serial number if applicable.

4.1.3 Channel XR reserves the right to repair, replace, or deny the return based on its sole assessment.

4.1.4 If Manufacturer warranty applies, processing will follow the Manufacturer’s RMA process, which may involve delays beyond Channel XR’s control.

4.1.5 No advance or cross-shipped replacements will be issued under any circumstances.

4.1.6 Items containing user data must be factory reset and unlocked prior to return. Failure to comply will result in additional fees.

5. Return Process Requirements

5.1 RMA requests will not be accepted via live chat, phone, or physical mail.

5.2 To initiate a return:

5.2.1 Email returns@channelxr.com with your full order number, a detailed description of the issue, and mandatory clear photo/video evidence.

5.2.2 Await written RMA approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

5.2.3 Upon approval:

5.2.4 Items must be returned in the original shipping box.

5.2.5 RMA number must be clearly labeled on the external packaging.

5.2.6 Shipping must be insured, trackable, and prepaid by the customer.

5.2.7 Channel XR assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or misrouted returns.

5.2.8 Returned products must match the original serial number shipped. Items with mismatched or tampered serial numbers, or altered packaging, will be rejected without exception.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Pre-owned products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.

6.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days following inspection.

6.3 Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

6.4 All processing, handling, shipping, and third-party transaction fees are nonrefundable.

6.5 Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to fulfillment status. Orders that have entered processing or shipment cannot be canceled and will be treated as a final sale.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

7.1: Pre-owned inventory is sold “with all faults” and without any warranty — express, implied, or statutory.

7.2: Channel XR assumes no responsibility for repairs, parts availability, service, or functionality after sale.

7.3 Channel XR is not responsible for any user data, software, passwords, or configurations remaining on returned products.

7.4 Channel XR disclaims all liability for consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

7.5 Channel XR’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

8. Policy Updates

8.1 This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The current version will be posted on Channel XR’s official website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the policy before each purchase.
