Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

Channel XR currently ships only to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these territories.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time and will be clearly noted at checkout or in your order confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, or specialized freight providers, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. You may be given shipping options during checkout. Channel XR reserves the right to select the carrier best suited for safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, delivery method, and destination, and are displayed at checkout. Certain enterprise orders or large-volume shipments may require manual shipping quotes provided after checkout.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Channel XR is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage occurring in transit. Customers must file claims with the carrier if goods are damaged or lost in shipping.

7. Duties and Taxes (for Canadian Shipments)

For shipments to Canada, all customs duties, brokerage fees, GST/HST, and any additional import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.

8. Delivery Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, backorders, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, Channel XR will notify you as soon as possible.

9. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees and delays.

11. Shipping Insurance

Channel XR does not automatically include shipping insurance. Customers may request insured shipping at additional cost. Channel XR is not liable for uninsured shipments lost or damaged in transit.

12. Signature Requirement

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders exceeding $500 or at Channel XR’s discretion.

13. Export Control Notice

Products sold by Channel XR may be subject to U.S. export laws. By placing an order, you certify that the items are not being purchased for export outside the U.S. or Canada without proper authorization.

14. Pre-Order Policy

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are subject to change without notice. Pre-order sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is discontinued or unavailable.

15. Purchase Orders (If Applicable)

Purchase orders are binding upon written acceptance by Channel XR. Standard payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
