Description
Precision hand tracking with haptic feedback
The Manus Metagloves Pro Haptic integrate electromagnetic field (EMF) tracking with haptic feedback to deliver millimeter-level hand motion capture and real-time object-interaction signals. With 25 degrees of freedom, the system generates anatomically complete datasets of the human hand — every joint and micro-movement — for high-fidelity robotic control, embodied AI training, and VR/XR interaction.
Core technology
EMF tracking provides millimeter-level accuracy with no occlusion, no drift, and persistent calibration. Integrated linear resonant actuators deliver real-time vibrotactile feedback during object interaction, improving spatial awareness and accelerating learning in teleoperation and virtual environments. Calibration completes in seconds, with profiles that persist across users, battery changes, and workstations.
Modular design
The detachable Haptic Top Module contains all electronics and connectivity, enabling cost-efficient multi-user deployment — each operator only needs their own sized Haptic Sensor Glove. Swappable batteries and optional USB-C power support continuous 24/7 operation. The system integrates directly into existing pipelines through real-time streaming, industry-standard file export, or full SDK customization.
Applications
Designed for teleoperation systems that require tactile feedback, embodied AI training workflows that demand rich interaction datasets, and XR/VR environments where haptic response improves task performance and immersion. Suitable for robotics research, motion science, and AI development requiring anatomically accurate human hand data.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the Core 3 + SDK license?
The Core 3 Plus SDK license includes MANUS Core 3 (the full Core software hub and dashboard), the MANUS Python SDK and C++ SDK, Core Integrated for Windows and Linux, and access to Metagloves Pro raw sensor data. Core 3 also covers recording and export to FBX and CSV and streaming to MotionBuilder, Unity, and Unreal Engine.
Can I access raw sensor data for robotics and AI data collection?
Yes. The Metagloves Pro series (Metagloves Pro and Metagloves Pro Haptic) streams raw sensor data, the individual sensor positions and rotations, through the SDK in Core Integrated mode. MANUS also provides an official ROS2 package for integrating glove data into robotics workflows. This is the standard path for dexterous hand teleoperation, robotic arm control, and embodied AI data collection.
Do I need the XR license for robotics or teleoperation?
No. The XR license adds integrations with XR simulation and digital twin platforms (ESI IC.IDO, Siemens Teamcenter, OpenXR). Robotics teleoperation, arm control, and data collection run through the SDK, not XR.
How does licensing work across multiple gloves and computers?
All Core 3 licenses are multi-actor. One license runs on the glove dongle and supports up to 8 pairs of gloves on a single computer. You need one license per computer; additional computers each require their own license.
Which gloves does Core 3 support?
MANUS Core 3 supports Prime 3, Quantum Metagloves (legacy), and Metagloves Pro, including Pro Haptic. Older gloves may work but are not tested or supported.
Is the SDK license a subscription?
The Core + SDK license is an annual license.
