Description
Channel XR Immersive Platforms Lifecycle team will provision a new XR headset and onboard them to a new or existing Arbor XR MDM account.
Provisioning services are as follows:
- Create a device configuration package, automated script or perform manual configuration steps based on customer supplied specifications (optional)
- Enroll the device into the Arbor XR mobile device management platform.
- Update the headset and controllers to the requested device Enterprise OS version.
- Provide Quality Assurance post deployment to ensure installation of deployed content and settings to ensure all items from the configuration were deployed to the device.
- Fully charge the device and controllers
- Sanitize the device and controllers using UVC sanitization methods.
- Repackaging of the headset in its original container
